PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timing chart editing system that is applied to a user interface defining what is controlled by a programmable controller used in the control of mechatronics or the like, thus improving the operability and maintainability thereof. SOLUTION: This software comprises a display object managing part 23 by which objects serving as the targets of points of change, conditional branches, and branch blocks are managed as display blocks; a point-of-change managing part 24 for managing the points of change; a state line drawing part 25 that draws a state line from one point of change to the next point of change; a relation line drawing part 26 having a non-delayed relation line drawing part 26a for drawing a relation line without delay and that draws a relation line from the previous process; a non-delayed delay time drawing part 27a that draws delay time without delay; and a branch mark drawing part 28 that draws a mark showing a branch when a point of change is a conditional branch (point of change of determination).
