PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermometer capable of measuring body temperature while the person to be measured is maintained in a reclining state. SOLUTION: An auxiliary tool, such as a belt, is equipped to the electronic clinical thermometer, or a fastener is equipped to an underwear or the like. The thermometer is thereby can be equipped to the body surface of a portion, capable of measuring a deep part temperature from the body surface, i.e. regions having deep organs, such as head part, breast and abdomen, and the body temperature can be measured, under the condition with the person to be measured being asleep.
