PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce the pile tip side of a steel pipe pile for connecting and supporting a column of the building structure to and by the pile tip, and connecting and supporting the column of the building structure, without inclining to an installation expected position, even if the axis of the immersed steel pipe pile is axially dislocated and a cutting plane of the pile tip is inclined. SOLUTION: A constructing joint board 1 is installed between the pile tip 61 of the steel pipe pile 6 and a lower end baseplate 71 of the column 7 of the building structure, and the pile tip side 63 of the steel pipe pile 6 is reinforced by an inside reinforcing plate 21 of the constructing joint board 1, by a movement adjustment of an adjusting connecting plate 3 of the constructing joint board 1 and a fine adjustment of a lower clamp 32 threadedly engaging with a screw bar 31 of the adjusting connecting plate 31.
