PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo platform lift capable of performing a proper tilting operation in correspondence with a loading position of the cargo platform lift to a vehicle by restricting a rearward oscillation of a tilt link at a predetermined oscillating position. SOLUTION: This cargo platform lift 1 is constructed such that a cargo platform 7 is arranged between a cargo table installed at a vehicle and the ground in such a way that it can be moved up and down through a link mechanism under an extending or retracting operation of a lift cylinder 6 and it can be tilted to cause the rear end of the cargo platform 7 to contact the ground through a rearward oscillation of a tilt link 2 supported at the vehicle body along with a retracting action of the lift cylinder 6 at the lowest position contacted with the ground. There is provided a restricting means for restricting a rearward swing of the tilt link 2 at a predetermined swinging position. The restricting means comprises a stopper 22 integrally installed at the tilt link 2 and an abutment member 23 to abut against the stopper 22 for restricting the swing of the tilt link 2 at a predetermined swing position, and the abutment member 23 can adjust a timing at which the stopper 22 abuts against it.
