PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal plant for stabilizing and maintaining an operation status of each part of the plant in a status corresponding to a waste disposal amount. SOLUTION: A part of a heating medium for heating waste material 17 charged into a thermal cracking furnace 22 is bypassed in a combustion melting furnace 40 through a bypass path 57 provided on the way of a piping path. A bypass amount of the bypassed heating medium is adjusted by bypass amount adjusting means 79a, 79b provided on the bypass path. When the bypass amount is adjusted so as to increase, an exhaust gas temperature controlling means 310 controls a temperature of exhaust gas to increase the temperature of the exhaust gas discharged from the combustion melting furnace 40.
