<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic strobe flash device for a portable terminal, without previously setting for strobe flashing at the time a user utilize a camera mounted on a portable terminal, by detecting the light amount of the photographic environment from the intensity of ultraviolet-ray measured, using a UV sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The UV sensor 1 is mounted on the portable terminal, and the light-receiving part 12 of the UV sensor 1 is equipped near the lens of the photographing camera 4. When the user uses the camera, the light-receiving part always measures the intensity of the ultraviolet-ray and capable of controlling on/off of the strobe flash. The portable terminal is mounted with an amplifier circuit 2 for outputting voltage, by amplifying the intensity of the ultraviolet ray from the mounted sensor 11 mounted on the portable terminal; the control circuit 3 for previously setting the threshold voltage to the output voltage of the amplifier circuit 2; and the camera control circuit 42 for controlling strobe flash by synchronizing the level of strobe flash signal determined by the threshold and shutter timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
