PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adhesive exhibiting high thermal conductivity and filling properties and capable of enhancing cooling performance of a permanent magnet sharply. SOLUTION: The adhesive 6 being used for securing the permanent magnet 5 of a motor 1 contains 10 pts.wt. of liquid resin 8 in the temperature range of 100°C from room temperature and including a polymerization group for 100 pts.wt. of monomer 7 including a mesogen group and a polymerization group in molecule wherein the extending direction of the mesogen group is substantially aligned with the direction of heat conduction.
