PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to use a hermetic electric compressor as steel manufacturing material at low cost without crushing/separating the hermetic electric compressor which consists of steel, copper and the like by a large hummer crusher of high cost and heavy environmental load, or manually disassembling/selecting after cutting and separating a steel hermetic vessel by gas, machine or plasma or the like. SOLUTION: Lubricating oil in a vessel is collected by releasing a sealed condition indicated in a figure and releasing a sealed condition according to a lubricating oil collection flow chart. Steel material containing copper is used as steel manufacturing material for manufacturing steel by a converter, a molten iron pretreatment furnace, an electric furnace, and a cupola furnace or the like.
