PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic sheet for external use scarcely attached to hands and fingers, clothes and bedding, etc., when applied to an affected area, scarcely causing wiping-away of zinc oxide from clothes and bedding, etc. and exhibiting sufficient pharmacodynamic effects of zinc oxide and excellent in a medically applying property. SOLUTION: The therapeutic sheet for external use is obtained by providing a paste layer containing zinc oxide, glycerol and water-soluble polymer polysaccharide in a base on at least one side of a support. In the therapeutic sheet for external use, the base is composed of a polymer obtained by polymerizing at least one kind of monomer selected from a group consisting of acrylic acid, an acrylate, methacrylic acid and a methacrylate.
