The arrangement has a marker system with a mouthpiece and a set of hollow bodies reflecting electromagnetic ray bundles and filled with a material visible during a magnetic resonance measurement. Movements of a measurement object are detected by signals of detector fields and triangulation method. A correction device generates a correction signal that influences the measurement. An independent claim is also included for a method of reducing and/or correcting movement artifact in spatially resolved magnetic resonance measurement.
