NON-CONTACT INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM AND LABEL USING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an information write/read rate if being stuck to a dielectric.

SOLUTION: The non-contact information recording medium comprises: an antenna part 20 which is band-shaped on a substrate 40; a conductor part 30 which has a different length from that of the antenna part 20 and is band-shaped on the substrate 40 approximately in parallel with the antenna part 20; and an IC chip 10 which is connected to the antenna part 20 and mounted on the substrate 40. If a wavelength determined from a frequency used to write/read information to/from the IC chip 10 and a permeability and a dielectric constant of the substrate 40 is defined as λ, the length of the antenna part 20 which is longer between the antenna part 20 and the conductor part 30, is made shorter than or equal with λ.
