PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe which is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe comprises a piezoelectric vibrator layer 3 having a plurality of piezoelectric vibrators 30 arranged for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves and a plurality of electrodes 32 formed on the piezoelectric vibrators 30, an acoustic lens 5 for focusing and diffusing the ultrasonic waves, and an acoustic matching layer 4c formed between the piezoelectric vibrator layer 3 and the acoustic lens 5, and constituted of a resin base 4e and powder 4d having mixed conductivity in the resin base 4e.
