<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain gas generated at an electricity storage mechanism from adversely affecting a cooling fan. <P>SOLUTION: A battery pack 100 contains a chassis 102 and a battery 104. The chassis 102 houses the battery 104. The battery 104 is a nickel-hydrogen battery. The cooling fan 200 is linked to a lower part of an air duct 300 extended downward from the battery pack 100.
