<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite air-conditioning system that heats indoor air using a heat pump system for indoor space and heats the indoor floor using a floor heating system. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump system comprises a compressor that uses carbon dioxide as a natural refrigerant and is connected by a refrigerant pipe, a four-way valve, an indoor heat exchanger, an expansion device, an outdoor heat exchanger, and a plurality of heat exchangers for supplying hot water.
