<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable control of a vehicle in a low-energy state. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission system is controlled by a CPU (a processor). When the processor detects a low-energy efficiency state of a vehicle, the vehicle is down-shifted or remains down-shifted, the vehicle is operated with downshifted and the engine speed is automatically decreased. Therefore, a roughly constant vehicle torque speed of less than the maximum torque speed given by the downshifting can be automatically maintained. During the low-speed energy state, the engine speed is automatically increased or decreased so that an output speed of a torque converter can be maintained in a roughly constant vehicle torque based on a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
