PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a front loader capable of increasing the largest carrying load of a bucket when the loader working vehicle is miniaturized. SOLUTION: The lower end part of a pair of support brackets 22 formed in a substantially protruded shaped form is fitted to the rear part of the traveling part 3 of a small-sized vehicle 1 and the front end of the support bracket 22 is fixed to the front side part of the body 2 of the small-sized vehicle 1. The front loader 19 is fitted to the upper part of the support bracket 22 extended in the right and left sides of the rear upper part of the small-sized vehicle 1. Thereby, the bucket 21 is arranged in the front vicinity position of the small-sized vehicle 1 and even if a heavy material is uplifted, the movement of the gravity center of the loader working vehicle becomes small, and the load of the heavy material is dispersed to the front side and the rear side by the support bracket 22 and does not act partly, therefor, even if the loader working vehicle is made small-sized, the largest loading weight of the bucket 21 can be enlarged.
