The invention relates to a combination that is useful in the fields of cosmetics, therapeutics and/or nutrition for reducing, in particular, stress. This combination is characterized in that it consists of: (a) a preparation (I) having a prolonged release comprising, in conjunction with a physiologically acceptable excipient, a mixture consisting of: (A) magnesium originating from a magnesium source comprised of MgO, MgCl2 and hydrates of formula MgCl2.nH2O in which n is an integer or fractional number greater than 0 or equal to 6; (B) at least one substance selected among: (B1) a hydrophilic polymer, which is derived from cellulose, and/or; a hydrophobic substance of the family of fatty acid esters and mixtures thereof, and consisting of; (C) an inert substance serving as a diluent, particularly lactose, and; (ss) an active substance (Z) that, in particular, is selected among plant, yeast, and algae extracts, as well as among hormones, proteins, peptides, amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids and mixtures thereof. |
