PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch with a fingerprint authentication function capable of saving a mounting space and suitable for being built in a cellular phone or the like. SOLUTION: The switch with a fingerprint authentication function is equipped with an opening 11 installed in the central part, a key top 10 capable of declining in surrounding X-Y four directions with a finger of a user, a lower key top 20 declining according to declining of an upper key top 10, a fingerprint authentication sensor 30 fit to the opening 11 of the upper key top 10 and installed between the upper key top 10 and the lower key top 20, and a switch body 40 installed on the lower side of the lower key top 20.
