<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap with a flange for preventing an unfair opening which has no possibility of generating an unnecessary waste when it is opened, and has no flange of a lid projected which is obstructive in a distribution process. <P>SOLUTION: The hinge cap is connected with the lid through a hinge part behind a cap body. In the lid, on the peripheral wall of a front part facing to the hinge part, the flange for preventing the unfair opening provided with a horizontal V-cut hinge line on the upper end, provided with a longitudinal cutout being symmetrical left and right, and provided with a horizontal cutout for opening on the lower end, are formed. An engaging projecting part is provided at a specified position of the inner face of the lower end of the flange for preventing the unfair opening. Lower left and right both side faces are connected with peripheral wall side faces facing a brittle and weak small bridge. Pinching plates are respectively provided on the outer face at positions near by both left and right sides below the V-cut hinge line along the longitudinal cutout. A pair of pinching and holding plates for pinching the pinching plates are respectively provided on the symmetrical outer faces of the peripheral wall through two pinching plates and the V-cut hinge line. In the cap body, a lid mounting cylinder is erected on the upper face of the peripheral wall, and a hooking recessed part is provided on a position corresponding to an engaging projecting part of the flange for preventing the unfair opening of the lid of the lid mounting cylinder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
