PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water saving implement for a low tank, which can stably secure the quantity of water remaining in the low tank suppressing the outflow of surplus flushing water, by an easy and simple operation, and which can surely save water. SOLUTION: This water saving implement 10 for the low tank, which is mounted on a float valve 3 of the low tank 1, reduces the quantity of the flushing water flowing out from the low tank 3 in flushing.
