PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron preventing a conductive gasket from falling off. SOLUTION: This magnetron is provided with a microwave output part wherein an output antenna 19 is extended in a direction of a tube axis m in an inner space of a vacuum container part, a permanent magnet 20 arranged outside of the vacuum container part, a yoke 21 whose opening 21a part is penetrated by a microwave output part, a shim plate 22 located between the permanent magnet 20 and the yoke 21 and a conductive gasket 23 arranged in the opening 21a part of the yoke 21.
