PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a label hung on a neck which can be held in an inverted posture regardless of a shape of the top face of a cap mounted by covering a spouting opening. SOLUTION: The container 10 with the label hung on the neck is constituted by hanging a label 13 to be hung on the neck comprising a muffler piece 15 having an opening 14 hung on the neck and a pair of skirt pieces 17a and 17b bent downward from facing side parts 16 of the muffler piece 15 on the neck part 18 of the container 11. Bending guide lines 19 are provided in parallel to the side parts 16 on each of the skirt pieces 17a and 17b of the label 13 hung on the neck. The label 13 hung on the neck removed from the container 11 is bent at the bending guide lines, and parts 20a and 20b more tip side than the bending guide lines 19 of the skirt pieces 17a and 17b are used as a bottom face part and the muffler piece 15 is used as a top face part to form a solid shaped assembled stand. The lower end part of the container 11 is inserted and arranged into the opening 14 hung on the neck of the top face part to hold the container 11 under the inversely resupinated state.
