PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample storing sheet and a sample storing method excellent in a print appearance and print durability of a printed face, eliminating a contamination on the printed face, facilitating a sampling work and suitable for a traceability system. SOLUTION: In the pouched sample storing sheet, an outer peripheral end of a sheet B(3) is attached to an outer peripheral end of an adhesive face of an adhesive layer (2) formed on one side of a sheet A(1) of polyolefine as a major component so as to partially leave a non-adhesive section for forming an opening (19) of a pouch, a sheet C(4) is laminated in a region within the pouch on the adhesive face of the adhesive layer (2), an flap (6) for closing the opening is disposed on the sheet A(1) and extends, and the adhesive layer (2) and an exfoliation liner (7) are sequentially laminated on the flap (6). In the sample storing method, a sample is inserted from the opening of the sample storing sheet, the exfoliation sheet on the flap (6) is exfoliated so as to expose the adhesive face, and the sample is sealed by folding and bonding the flap (6).
