摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for deciding the optimum spheroidizing-annealing condition without needing high cost and long time. SOLUTION: This method is performed, by which heat physical value data base 28, cementite-formation data base and material data base 31 are beforehand given and further, in a process designing step S2, in the case of setting the plurality of spheroidizing conditions, etc., one by one, in a temperature hysteresis calculating step 66 corresponding to a hysteresis predictive value calculating process, the temperature hysteresis predictive value given to a coil material is calculated in each joint of the coil material model and also, in the cementite formation predicting step 68 corresponding to a number predictive value calculating process, the number predictive value etc., of the spheroidal cementite at each joint, is calculated and further, in a step S6 corresponding to an annealing condition deciding process, the one, in which the difference in the number predictive values is minimized, is decided as the optimum annealing condition.
