PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a capacity to be stored in a memory for preventing shortage of a memory capacity. SOLUTION: A digital composite device 20 is provided with a printed wiring board 30, which is a semiconductor device having a flash memory 8 serving as a nonvolatile storage means, and the flash memory 8 is provided with a product program area 8a for storing a product program and a test program area 8b for storing a test program. By a main control part 1 in the digital composite device 20, the product program of the printed wiring board 30 is compressed to be stored in the product program area 8a of the flash memory 8, while the compressed product program is decompressed from the product program area 8a to be stored in the product program area 8a of the flash memory 8 if it is determined that the printed wiring board 30 is good one from a test operated on it after the test program of the printed wiring board 30 is stored in the test program area 8b in the flash memory 8.
