<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of the user substantially simultaneously, using a plurality of non-contact IC cards. <P>SOLUTION: An exit of a toll road is installed with an exit toll collection device 12. The exit toll collection device 12 has a memory 41 storing use restriction information to a certain period until an expiration date of the IC card from a date of use of the IC card as a standard value table 60; a non-contact IC card reader/writer 46 as a means of reading information about the expiration date of each of the plurality of IC cards that are processing targets of a once-time transaction from the plurality of the IC cards; and a CPU 49 for calculating the difference in the number of days from the read expiration date of each the IC card and a present date, deciding whether the calculated difference of the number of the days of each the IC card corresponds to the period stored in the memory, and preferentially processing the toll of the IC card, corresponding to the period by the decision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
