<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body of a container for instant noodle having good feeling and appearance and excellent heat insulation. <P>SOLUTION: In a container body 1, a sheet formed of a non-foamed PS (polystyrene) is covered over an outer surface of a PS foam of a cup shape. A large number of irregular projecting parts 9 of irregular shape are formed in a predetermined array pattern on an outer surface of at least a barrel portion 4 of the container body 1. The height of the projecting parts 9 is 0.1-0.35 mm. Recesses to form the projecting parts 9 are formed by the chemical etching on an inner surface of a cavity of a forming die to form the container body 1. A laminate sheet in which a PS non-foamed sheet is laminated on the PS foamed sheet is used for an intermediate body for manufacturing the container body 1, and sheet-formed by the forming die. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
