PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester unstretched film excellent in slipping property, formability, oil resistance, heat resistance and flavor-retaining property and suitably laminatable on trays, containers or the like made of the other materials. SOLUTION: The polyester unstretched film is obtained by molding a polyester resin composition mainly comprising 100 pts. wt. of a polyester resin whose main recurring unit is an ethylene arylate, 1-10 pts. wt. of a polyolefin resin, 0.01-5 pts. wt. of inorganic fine particles, and/or 0.001-1 pt. wt. of either one of a higher fatty acid amide and a higher fatty acid bisamide, where the polyester resin contains 0.005-1 wt% of polyester fines of the same composition, the polyolefin resin has a melt flow rate of 0.1-10 g/10 min and the average surface roughness (Ra) of at least one surface of the unstretched film is 0.1-2.0μm.
