<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set followup date and time for a response request, an attendance request, and the like to reduce followup work needing human intervention by means of a telephone or the like, in a system for managing a schedule reserved by other users. <P>SOLUTION: A schedule management table 1 is used for storing reservation schedules received from other users and followup lists belonging to them. A schedule management part 3 registers the reservation schedules received from other users and the followup lists in the schedule management table 1. A followup monitoring part 4 executes followup contents set on the followup dates and times set in the followup lists.
