<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley unit with a one-way clutch, preventing deformation or interference with the bearing ring of a rolling bearing due to the clamp of the cage of one-way clutch when pressed in. <P>SOLUTION: Ball bearings 6, 7 are provided on both sides of the one-way clutch 5 in the axial direction, and the outer ring of the one-way clutch 5 is clamped between outer rings 6a, 7a of both ball bearings 6, 7.
