PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction of a non-contact type sensor using a photoelectric element due to a light from an external light source such as a fluorescent lamp disposed on a ceiling side and prevent predetermined malfunction of a pachinko machine unintended by a player. SOLUTION: The light of the external light source is dimmed by a dimmer filter 32 not to actuate a light receiving element 52, the luminance of a light emitting element 15a is set to such a value, when a reflecting light formed by the emission light reflected by a hand passes through the dimmer filter 32 and is received by the light receiving element 15, as to actuate the light receiving element 15b normally by a current limit resistor 47. The light from the external light source is dimmed by the dimmer filter 32 prevents the actuation of the light receiving element 15b and, when the reflecting light formed by the emission light reflected by the hand is received by the light receiving element 15b via the dimmer filter 32, the receiving element 15b is normally actuated.
