PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph waste liquid treatment method which can reduce the oxygen consumption and total nitrogen amount of photograph waste liquid to levels satisfying effluent standards based on Sewage Water Law, and a treatment apparatus for carrying out the treatment method. SOLUTION: The photograph waste liquid treatment method employs a conductive diamond electrode as an anode, and carries out electrolytic oxidation treatment at pH≥4.0 during≥50% of an electrolysis period.
