PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electron function material having a photo-electron conversion function, oxidized and reduced, forming an amorphous film by itself, and also having high glass transition temperature and high stability. SOLUTION: The organic electron function material is made of a kind of tris-(arylamino)benzene expressed by the formula (1), of which, deviation of 50 times of peak current of a cyclic curve at a sweeping speed of 20 mV/sec. at cyclic voltammetry is within±10% of the mean value of a peak current. The organic electron material has a structure formed by substituting a stable substituent like an alkyl group or cycloalkyl group, for a chemical active point of a terminal end of each aryl group in the arylamino group, preferably carbon atom at para-position of phenyl group.
