PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation more decreased in fluctuation of dissolving properties than ever, without being worsened in dissolution, while maintaining moldability of the solid preparation itself. SOLUTION: This solid preparation contains carvedilol as an active ingredient and a non-cellulosic compound as a binder and has prescribed hardness and prescribed dissolving properties.
