FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: brake comprises braking pulley provided with spring-loaded friction linings and braking belt. The friction linings are fit on the rigid metallic members that pass through the middle of the lining thickness for permitting movement. The linings each pi/4 are secured to the rigid metallic members.
