<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for inhibiting platelet aggregation, usable for wide food and drink; and to provide the food and drink containing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for inhibiting the platelet aggregation contains a fruit or juice of amla, or an extract thereof.
