PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free kit of a mobile telephone which prevents a calling voice from a communication opponent from being heard by fellow passengers when secrecy is required, and which reproduces the calling voice by a car stereo when the secrecy is not required. SOLUTION: A hands-free kit is for a hands-free call which a driver of a car makes by using a mobile telephone. The hands-free kit is composed of a hands-free body 2 attached to a receiving part 10 of a mobile telephone 1 through a clip 25 by a one-touch operation, a receiver 3 which can receive an FM carrier, and a car stereo 4 which can receive the FM carrier. The hands-free body has a function of transmitting by air a received voice signal from a caller which the mobile telephone has received to the receiver or the car stereo by the FM carrier, and a received voice from the communication opponent is reproduced from either an earphone 31 of the receiver or a speaker 42 of the car stereo.
