<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walk aid apparatus for assisting the smooth raise of a leg and preventing the decline of the legs concerning a person who hardly raises the leg owing to the physical decline by aging or the aftereffect of cerebral infarction, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The walk aid apparatus, where a torsion spring and a coil spring are attached to fitting tools 1, 2, is attached to a waist and the bending part of each thigh.
