<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery which can reduce warpage thereof without deterioration of electric characteristic, reliability and external view and also to provide the manufacturing method of the same solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery manufacturing method comprises at least an aluminum electrode forming process to form an aluminum electrode 5 by coating at least a part of the backside of the solar battery cell 14 with an aluminum paste, and then drying and baking such aluminum paste and a cooling process to cool, after the aluminum electrode forming process, the solar battery cell 14 with the aluminum electrode 5 formed thereto under the atmospheric temperature of 10°C or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
