PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer server system capable of constituting a reliable network without using a firewall. SOLUTION: A processing protocol making use of a combination of an IP address and a port number given from the outside via a network is uniquely determined. When the processing protocol is uniquely determined, the port number is dynamically changed by a port change protocol. Specifically, the port number which is used at the time of port scanning and access is differentiated. Thus, even though a client bearing harmful intention attacks a security hole by means of the port number at the time of port scanning, the client cannot access a server system because the port number is different.
