<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which, without deteriorating the gloss of printing, suppresses the bronze phenomenon and the flip flop phenomenon. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition comprises a titanium dioxide pigment, a pigment giving a chromatic color, and an aqueous medium, and the weight ratio of the titanium dioxide pigment and the chromatic color pigment (titanium dioxide pigment/chromatic color pigment) is ≥0.6. Since the titanium dioxide pigment and the chromatic color pigment are contained in the above weight ratio, the invention can provide the ink composition suppressed in the bronze phenomenon and the flip flop phenomenon without impairing the gloss of printing, a recording method and recorded matter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
