<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyless entry system capable of preventing a terminal from being forgotten to charge even if the remote-controlled terminal of a keyless entry is left alone. <P>SOLUTION: An on-board charge part 2 capable of connecting the remote-controlled terminal has on a vehicle side, and a secondary cell of the terminal is charged with electric power of a vehicle battery 10.
