<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a histamine liberation inhibitor which does not affect a human body, can be used reliably, is highly safe, and contains a plant extract as an effective component; and food and drink containing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The histamine liberation inhibitor contains, as the effective component, at least one extract of a plant selected from the group consisting of Punica granatum, Glechoma hederacea, Satureja hortensis, Thymus citriodorus, Pterocarya rhoifolia Sieb.et Zucc, and Juglandaceae Juglans (excluding a hard pericarp "walnut husks" section of fruits). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
