<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet flow plate for a needle boiling apparatus, which is surely prevented from floating, constantly and smoothly circulating boiling hot water by convection, and efficiently boiling the noodles for a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: This jet flow plate 1 with jet flow holes 2 is freely installed on the inner bottom of a noodle boiling tank 8 via support legs 3, the jet flow plate 1 is erected with a cylindrical surrounding body 4 of a necessary height for surrounding its upper space and preventing the floating, the outside diameters of the surrounding body 4 and the jet flow plate 1 are formed a little smaller than the inside diameter of the boodle boiling tank 8 to dividedly form a narrowly opened circulating passage 5 between themselves and the internal circumferential face of the noodle boiling tank 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
