PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable tacky adhesive label which is ameliorated in adhesion to a colored layer formed by printing ink etc., being heretofore a problem with the conventional biodegradability. SOLUTION: The tacky adhesive label is provided with the colored layer on one surface of a base material film and is provided with a tacky adhesive layer on the surface on the side opposite to the surface provided with the colored layer, wherein the base material film is a biodegradable resin film (1) containing a polyethylene succinate resin, a polybutyrene succinate resin or polybutyrene succinate adipate resin as principal constitution components.
