<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LSI for data processing which combines a plurality of DSPs to one package and in which these DSPs can make common use of one external memory. <P>SOLUTION: The effect LSI 110 having the DSPs 2a and 2b making acccess to the same external memory 102 has a read-write control section 11 which performs control as to enable which of a read instruction or a write instruction when there is the read instruction or the write instruction of the respective DSPs at the same timing, an access judging section 12 which makes judgment as to make access to which of the DSPs when there is the read instruction or the write instruction of the respective DSPs at the same timing, an address output selector 13 which outputs the addresses from the DSPs according to the judgment signal from the access judging section 12, and a data output selector 14 which outputs the data from the DSPs likewise based on the decision signal.
