<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information sharing support technology for sharing concern in a community without premising formation of a facing synchronous dialog, improving motivation for realizing a place of the informal dialog and increasing an information amount that can be brought to the place by supporting a system so that information is poured into the place and the place may react autonomously. <P>SOLUTION: Sensors 101, 102 and 111 are connected to ID detection/delivery services 100 and 110. Tags 201 and 211 are connected to tag driving devices 200 and 210 that individuals carry. Sensors 101, 102 and 111 can read identifiers of the tags 201 and 211, and can detect existence of the tags 201 and 211 in an area within a prescribed range. Concern information sharing service 10 performs a sharing processing on concern information based on a detected event of the sensor. Concern information sharing management service 20 manages setting of a processing performed based on the event.
