摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution of an organic electroluminescent device which has improved driving characteristic in particular and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent device is in dual-plate structure formed by constituting an array part and a light emission part on different substrates and connecting them, a driving element constituted at the array part is obtained by connecting a plurality of N-type polycrystalline thin film transistors in parallel. The driving thin film transistor is constituted by the parallel-connected N-type polycrystalline thin film transistors, then, high drain stress appearing at a drain electrode can be dispersed, so that the advantages such as a stable operation and a long life can be obtained.
