PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture causing little reduction in installation strength of a building material. SOLUTION: This fixture 8 fixes the building material 31 to a backing 30 of a building, and is provided with a drill part 10, a screw part 25 and a tapered part 27 over a head part 26 from a tip part, and is constituted so that projection strips 8a can be brought into pressure contact with a peripheral surface of a hole part 32 formed in the building material 31 by a bored hole of the drill part 10, by arranging a plurality of projection strips 8a in the substantially parallel direction to the screwing-in direction of the fixture 8 in the tapered part 27. Thus, the projection strips 8a can be brought into pressure contact with the peripheral surface of the hole part 32 by pushing the tapered part 27 in the hole part 32 of the building material 31.
