PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of creating test data effective in verifying the operation of a data conversion program for coordinating a plurality of data formats, in a system for creating test data using the names of data items. SOLUTION: The names of data items given as the attributes of the data format information 12 of input data are used as the instance values of the test data.
